Gülsultan Doğan

Gülsultan Doğan graduated from Middle East Technical University in Business Administration, holds a master’s in Healthcare Management, and completed the Harvard Business School OPM program. She began her career in healthcare insurance and health informatics before founding MCAN Health in 2015, a globally recognized health tourism brand. She also established Alana Polyclinic, delivering high-quality healthcare to international and local patients. Doğan completed her EO Turkey presidency in July 2025, leaving a lasting impact in civil society. As an active angel investor and mentor, she supports innovative ideas and encourages the next generation of entrepreneurs.
